- The R.E.D. Warrior ® Workout – a unique practice that fuses the mentality and movement of martial arts with the physicality of functional fitness. Similar to the practice of martial arts and yoga, the movement does not change often, rather the participants understanding of the movement evolves. - Moving Meditations – A kata (a short combination of movement that is done over and over to expand understanding) set to music based on an emotion, used to enhance and improve your emotional state by giving you time to feel, focus and Quiet the Mind™. The discipline of this practice will assist you in remaining more in alignment throughout your day.
- Inspirational Conversations – are designed to assist the Warrior with overcoming their negative self-talk. Through the R.E.D. Warrior® empowerment teachings, you will explore how to create what you want in your life.
